Introduce your business and what you do there. I’m the accounts payable and IT manager at Wolf Industries. I handle IT issues and some of our safety management issues.
What challenge were you trying to address with BRITECITY? We needed help with IT managed services.
What was the scope of their involvement? BRITECITY provides all of our IT managed services. They help us schedule outdated computers and servers and keep us apprised, which helps with budgeting.
We know when to expect something to reach its end of life. BRITECITY also helps us with cybersecurity. BRITECITY has installed their own security measures for our system, but we haven’t had them install any hardware yet.
That’s actually coming. The team provides a combination of on-site and remote services. What is the team composition?
We have three technicians who answer our service calls. We also have a team lead who contacts us and maintains communication with us. He’s one of the company’s VPs, and he helps us determine when we need to replace something.
He also helps us with budgeting. How did you come to work with BRITECITY? I found BRITECITY through word of mouth.
I did a lot of investigating and interviewed probably eight other companies for our services. BRITECITY was the most transparent, which made them trustworthy. They were also very knowledgeable.
BRITECITY came in and did a thorough inspection before giving their proposal, which spoke to their professionalism. They didn’t want to quote me on a guess. They actually knew what they were doing, which is hard to come by.
We had an internal review process regarding all the proposals we received. Although BRITECITY wasn’t the cheapest, we went with them because of their transparency and trustworthiness. How much have you invested with them?
We pay $5,500 per month. What is the status of this engagement? We started working together in September 2024, and the engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? BRITECITY’s response time is always the same day, and it’s often within the hour. The quality of their work has exceeded my expectations.
I wasn’t sure what to expect, but everything I went off of was based on the services we were getting. I didn’t realize how poorly we were being serviced by our previous company. How did BRITECITY perform from a project management standpoint?
Project management is great. They deliver the work on time and within budget. Communication is also great.
We use phone calls and emails, and they open up a ticket when needed. What did you find most impressive about them? BRITECITY’s knowledge of the IT world is excellent.
They’re very knowledgeable, and when you have knowledge, everything else stems from there. They know what they’re doing and can handle anything we throw at them. Are there any areas they could improve?
There’s nothing I’d have them improve. Do you have any advice for potential customers? Be prepared to be happy with their services.
