“Quick response to my possible security issue with my office email account due to other personal fraud issues that had occurred on late Friday afternoon on the 12th of December. I was concerned about my office email and requested a new login password as such password had not been changed for quite some time. Clark reviewed the account logins, all good and provided new password. Clark was patient and kind during the process.”
