“Ian and Gilbert were wonderful in troubleshooting my scanner issue. We recently switched to a new cable network and new phone system which affected the functionality of my scanner being able to scan documents to pdf files and sending the file directly to my email. They both responded to my inquiry fairly quickly and resolved the issue directly. I am one happy worker!”
