How much does managed IT cost per user per month?
$157 per user per month. That's our published list, not a quote. Each managed computer adds $17.85 and each mailbox $16.90 for required POLARITY protection. The minimum is $2,500 a month. Example: 25 × $157 = $3,925 a month before computers and mailboxes.
Why charge per user and per computer?
Because the work splits that way. People need support and training. Machines need patching, monitoring, and endpoint security. One blended number means somebody overpays, usually the team with fewer devices per person.
What's the $2,500 monthly minimum for?
It's the floor, not a headcount cutoff. A two-person firm that meets the minimum is a fit. Below it, we'll tell you on the call.
Does the price go up every year?
No automatic increase is buried in the agreement. If the cost of the security tools changes, we explain it in a review with you first, not as a surprise line on your invoice.
What happens if we shrink?
Your bill shrinks with you, down to the $2,500 minimum. We true up counts as people join or leave. You never pay for empty seats or a bigger tier.
Is onboarding billed separately?
Yes. A one-time onboarding fee covers the handoff from your current provider, documentation, and security setup. If your systems need repair first, we scope and price that before you commit.
Do you require a long-term contract?
No. We work month-to-month and you can cancel on 30 days' notice. We hand over your documentation when you go. Same published offer for everyone, not a special deal.
What isn't in the monthly price?
Projects, like office moves, server replacements, cloud migrations, and new-office builds. We scope and price each one in writing and start only after you approve. Hardware and third-party licenses pass through at cost plus a stated margin, itemized on the same invoice.
