How is co-managed IT different from fully managed IT?
With fully managed IT, the provider handles ALL of your technology needs. Your IT department IS the MSP. With co-managed IT, your internal team stays in charge. We fill gaps: overflow tickets, after-hours coverage, security expertise, cloud projects, and strategic planning. You decide what you need help with.
Will BRITECITY try to replace my IT team?
