Email Migration for Accounting Firm

Please describe your company and your position there. Medium Sized Accounting firm. I am a senior accountant and the firm's IT coordinator.

For what projects/services did your company hire BRITECITY? An Email Migration From an old locally housed exchange server to Microsoft 365.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors? They are our current IT providers. Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

first, they needed to be able to change the domain over then all of the old email data. many of our machines are different year operating systems. How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

at least two individuals worked with us to see that it ran smoothly.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? The project went smoothly, and no problems were reported. How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was practically seamless What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? They were very understanding and quick to action as I gave them more information while executing the project. Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
