How did they respond to your needs? overall good, but the last items on our task list, we're delayed in response. Hence, the reason for the tardiness of this review.

We really like our assigned IT person, Mark. Are there any areas for improvement or something BRITECITY could have done differently? I would say during an IT server change over, make sure to finish the last items on a task list.
Never say to a client during the process such as Server changing, ' did you, (the client) move the files?? I can't find them, I don't know where they went,' in a desperation sounding voice.
