Introduce your business and what you do there. I’m the owner and president of a mortgage company.

What challenge were you trying to address with briteCITY? They handle all our IT services.

What was the scope of their involvement? They’re our managed service provider and also helped with an SQL server project. We had purchased a few servers in order to run our server database.

Both support Encompass LOS integration as well as other compliance software that needs a server database. Otherwise, as our IT provider, they help with onboarding, terminations, helpdesk problem-solving, and installation. They’re our one-stop-shop for IT.

What is the team composition? I generally work with four people, including Chad (Principle). How did you come to work with briteCITY?

I was referred to them by a trusted colleague. How much have you invested with them? We’ve spent over $100,000 on their services so far.

What is the status of this engagement? We started working with them in June 2020.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? Overall, it’s been a successful collaboration. IT issues occur every day, but they’re resolved as quickly as they pop up.

How did briteCITY perform from a project management standpoint? For helpdesk tasks, members of my team submit tickets to their representatives. Their team addresses and closes tickets, and general IT problems are solved that way.

If I need anything, I reach out to their principles directly and am able to take care of any issues from there. What did you find most impressive about them? They’re available to us 24/7 and resolve all issues effectively.

Are there any areas they could improve? I don’t have any feedback here. They handle everything well and solve problems as they come up.
