For what projects/services did your company hire briteCITY? They manage our IT. Specifically they recently replaced our main network server.
What were your goals for this project? Relatively quick replacement with minimal downtime and to have all functions work properly after replacement.
How did you select briteCITY? Existing vendor. They purchased the company that previously was our IT service provider.
Describe the project in detail. I don't know the details What was the team composition? A couple of people who worked on site and remotely.
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? There was very minimal disruption to our normal processes both during and after the project. How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Excellent What did you find most impressive about this company? Service oriented. All the team members we worked with wanted to do a good job and provide efficient cost-effective solutions.
Are there any areas for improvement? The only thing I can think of is perhaps better documentation of issues encountered so the next service person would not have to relearn.
