Introduce your business and what you do there. I’m the operations manager at a tech consulting firm.
What challenge were you trying to address with briteCITY? We needed IT and troubleshooting support. We were also moving our office and needed help with that.
What was the scope of their involvement? briteCITY moved our server to our new office. They moved the cabling in our suite, set it up, and coordinated it for us.
What is the team composition? I've worked with a number of people, including Chad (CEO) and John (IT Team Lead). How did you come to work with briteCITY?
They were the IT services provided for a previous office manager’s husband’s company. How much have you invested with them? The move cost $7,000, and our monthly spend is $1,700.
What is the status of this engagement? We began working with them in 2014, and our engagement is ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? They’re great. They’ve always been right on top of what we need them to do, so we’ve never had problems.

No, I have no suggestions. Do you have any advice for potential customers? I would highly recommend briteCITY.
