They make sure we're up and running, have appropriate security in place, are backed up and ready to work. How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions? We've worked with many of the IT professionals in various positions.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success? We feel as safe as we possibly can with their support and their response is always timely. How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Workflow is easy and effective. What did you find most impressive or unique about this company? First experience with a FIRM that has amplified capacity to take care of us, rather than a solo practitioner stretched beyond their capacity with clients.
