What challenge were you trying to address with briteCITY? We needed help with IT services to address some issues that we had with our email, our servers, and other aspects of our business.

What was the scope of their involvement? briteCITY provides ongoing IT services to us. This includes setting up passwords and new computer equipment for daily work, handling and upgrading our servers, and managing our backups.

They’ve also deployed a new service with security measures that includes components such as AI, antivirus, and web scans. What is the team composition? We work with 4–5 people from briteCITY.

They use a ticketing system, and we use email for communication. They generate quotations for our requests through a third-party system, and they email them to us. What did you find most impressive about them?

briteCITY really cares and works to resolve issues for us. Are there any areas they could improve? When I call them, there’s usually no one available, so we have to wait for a response.

Do you have any advice for potential customers? I recommend briteCITY to anyone looking for an IT company. Their services are customizable and not just off the shelf.
