Introduce your business and what you do there. I’m the director of support services at Caliber Media Group. We’re a small business that provides SEO, hosting, and development services.
What challenge were you trying to address with briteCITY? We wanted to connect our phone system to the Internet.
What was the scope of their involvement? briteCITY integrated a VoIP phone system and set up all of our phones — on- and off-site. We transitioned from one service to another, and they transitioned our resources, including extensions and recordings.
Their team established the physical Internet in our office location. Their team continues to manage services to support our phones. They host our phones and VoIP server remotely.

What is the status of this engagement? We started collaborating in June 2020, and it’s ongoing.
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? Our phones work, which is one success metric. briteCITY also expanded our capabilities, so it wasn’t just a one-to-one transfer.
When we chose their system, they suggested and implemented additional functionalities. Their team gave us different options that actually helped us. They were enthusiastic and helpful.
How did briteCITY perform from a project management standpoint? We mostly communicate via text or phone calls. Their team first critically assessed our workflow and adjusted the schedule based on the availability of experts.
We had a hard deadline for the Internet migration They let us know when we needed to start and delivered on time. For the phones, their briteCITY delivered ahead of the deadline. What did you find most impressive about them?
