On December 4, 2025, Microsoft announced a global price and packaging update for select Microsoft 365 commercial suites. The new list prices took effect July 1, 2026 for new purchases, and for each existing subscription at its next renewal after that date. Until that renewal, the prior rate still applies.

These are the rates on your invoice. Microsoft's February 16, 2026 tables are the source for which SKUs moved. Business Premium stays $26.40.

Licensing stays simple
Every rate on this page is the amount on your invoice. A Business Premium seat stays $26.40. Business Standard moved from $15.00 to $16.80.

These are BRITECITY month-to-month invoice rates reflecting Microsoft's July 2026 update. If a license on your invoice is already at the new rate, that line is done.
What happens on your account
You should have a notice from BRITECITY if any of these licenses sit on your account.
It applies when that Microsoft subscription term renews, or immediately if the line has already been updated to the new month-to-month amount.
Support hours and managed IT rates are not changing because of this Microsoft list.
