Microsoft announced it. We are passing it through.
On December 4, 2025, Microsoft announced a global price and packaging update for select Microsoft 365 commercial suites. The new list prices took effect July 1, 2026 for new purchases, and for each existing subscription at its next renewal after that date. Until that renewal, the prior rate still applies.
BRITECITY is a Microsoft Solutions Partner. We do not set Microsoft's list. We bill the Microsoft month-to-month rate for the licenses we provision, and we tell you when that rate moves. Managed IT, POLARITY, and labor lines are not part of this update.
Microsoft's published annual prices

Why your invoice is not the microsoft.com number
BRITECITY agreements are month-to-month, including the Microsoft 365 licenses we bill for you. Microsoft charges more for month-to-month than for an annual lock-in, so the line on your invoice is Microsoft's month-to-month rate for that license.
We are not adding a surprise BRITECITY markup on top of Microsoft's month-to-month list. If a license on your invoice is already at the new month-to-month rate, that line is done.
What happens on your account
You should have a notice from BRITECITY if any of these licenses sit on your account.
It applies when that Microsoft subscription term renews, or immediately if the line has already been updated to the new month-to-month amount.
Support hours and managed IT rates are not changing because of this Microsoft list.
