Hours go by
You send it in and hear nothing back. No owner, no status, no idea if anyone picked it up, so you chase it, then fix it yourself.
30-minute call · Irvine, CA
Six fields. Irvine. Not a demo, not an assessment, not a deck. BRITECITY published $157/user, $2,500/month floor, month-to-month. Two-person firms who meet the floor are a fit.

Why people call us
Nearly every call starts the same way. The provider is still technically there, it's the response times, the invoices, and the fourth new technician this quarter that wore you out.
01 / Response time
You send it in and hear nothing back. No owner, no status, no idea if anyone picked it up, so you chase it, then fix it yourself.
02 / The invoice
Every question turns into a line item. You've started rationing what you report just to keep the invoice predictable.
03 / Ownership
A different tech on every ticket, so you re-explain your environment from scratch. Nobody owns the outcome and resolutions stretch for days.
04 / The contract
You're mid-term, or being asked to re-sign for another two or three years before anything actually improves.
05 / The relationship
The one person there you actually trusted has left. Whatever goodwill you had walked out with them.
By the time most people call us, the problem isn't the technology. It's that nobody is accountable for it.
Martin is very knowledgeable and gets things accomplished quickly and efficiently.
The 100-second version: who we are, how the first month goes.
On the call
One salesperson walks you through all of it, this call, the assessment, the proposal. After you sign, onboarding hands you to the team assigned to your account, and they stay your team.
Who you'll talk to
We're in Irvine, and 150+ Orange County businesses, law firms, medical groups, accountants, manufacturers, run on us. We've walked into the same three problems enough times to name them before you finish describing them. That's the whole reason this call only takes thirty minutes.

How this works
Four steps, always in this order. No proposal until we both know it fits.
What's breaking, what you need, and whether that lines up with how we work. If it doesn't, you'll hear it on this call.
The technical session. Identity, email, endpoints, backups, network, so both sides know exactly what we'd be taking on.
Scope, per-user pricing, and what changes in week one, written down and walked through, not emailed and chased.
Documentation, monitoring, then the help desk handoff, staged around your notice window. From there the team assigned to your account takes over.
What we won't do
Two versions of next quarter
Before you book
$157 is list, not a quote. The $2,500/month floor is the gate, not headcount. The 30-minute call is how the number becomes yours.
That's the most common version of this call. Bring your term date and notice window, most agreements need 30 to 90 days' written notice, and we'll build the switch around them instead of asking you to break anything. Knowing your date before it renews on you again is the whole point.
Pricing lands in a written proposal after we've actually looked at your environment, not guessed at on a first call. Ask anything you want on the call; if we're not the answer, you'll hear that too. One follow-up email, then nothing unless you write back.
Staged, documented, and mostly invisible to your team. We take monitoring and the help desk first, document your environment as we go, and schedule anything disruptive for a weekend. Your current provider stays in place until the handoff is clean.
Nothing. No network diagram, no asset list, no prep. Come with what's been annoying you and roughly how many people sit in front of a computer. We'll drive the rest.
