Managing Quarantined Email
When AppRiver blocks a suspicious email, it's placed in quarantine rather than deleted. You receive a daily digest showing all quarantined messages, allowing you to:

- Block senders to prevent future messages
- Whitelist trusted senders
- Report false positives to improve filtering
User Portal Access
Each user has access to a personal quarantine portal where they can:

- Check your spam/junk folder first. If not there, the email may have been quarantined by AppRiver. You can access the quarantine portal to review and release legitimate emails. Contact support if you need help accessing the portal or allowlisting a sender.
- How do I send an encrypted email?
- Add [SECURE] to your email subject line to trigger automatic encryption. The recipient will receive a link to access the secure message. This is required when sending sensitive information like financial data or personal information outside your organization.
