Background

I’m the executive director of a nonprofit organization that operates three healthcare clinics and provide primary healthcare for workers.

The Challenge

We initially contacted BRITECITY because we needed to update our OS, which was ten years old, and Microsoft wasn’t going to support it anymore. We also needed help converting our Outlook email from a web-based to a cloud-based one.

Our Solution

BRITECITY has provided us on-site and off-site managed IT services for our organization. They’ve helped us upgrade our cybersecurity software, updated our hardware with new one, and provided us with web maintenance services.

Moreover, BRITECITY is currently advising us on hardware upgrades since we still have a few old computers that have caused us setbacks. BRITECITY is also giving us consultancy to improve our WiFi connection since we have a big office, and we’re currently working with BRITECITY to install more WiFi hotspots.

Depending on the project's stage, we work with 4–5 different teammates from BRITECITY. I’m unsure about their positions, but I know they’re from different specialties and expertise levels.

Results & Impact

BRITECITY meets our expectations, and we haven’t had any issues working with them. We’ve been pleased throughout our engagement. BRITECITY is really good at explaining to us what they’re working on since we’re not a tech-savvy team.

BRITECITY has delivered everything in a timely manner. They work quickly and when they’ve had delays, they let us know in advance.

Moreover, BRITECITY’s communication is good. We use Slack, email, and text messages. When we complete a project, the team gets on the phone to make sure everything is in order.
