Why am I not receiving emails I'm expecting?

Check your spam/junk folder first. If not there, the email may have been quarantined by Check Point. You can access the quarantine portal to review and release legitimate emails. Contact support if you need help accessing the portal or allowlisting a sender.

How do I send an encrypted email?

Add [SECURE] to your email subject line to trigger automatic encryption. The recipient will receive a link to access the secure message. This is required when sending sensitive information like financial data or personal information outside your organization.
