Ryan grew up in the LA / Orange County area. He has been into tech and video games since he was a kid. Both as a hobby and a job. He loves to scuba dive and just being in the water. As one of the newest briteCITY employees we asked him a few more questions to get to know him a bit better:
How long have you been with briteCITY? Just about a month.
What do you do for briteCITY? I am a Tier 2 Technician
What is your favorite part of your job? Troubleshooting and the puzzle-like problems I get to deal with.
What is one thing that makes briteCITY great? The Culture and their wiliness to teach me the things I have blind spots in.
What is the weirdest job you have ever had? Cleaning boat bottoms while they were still in the water.
Where is your favorite place to be? Catalina or home.
When you aren’t working, what do you love to do? Work on projects or play some video games depending on the weekend. Go to conventions if I have the time and money.
What does leadership mean to you? Someone who leads by example not by giving orders.
What is one thing you couldn’t live without? My computer.
If you could have a different job for one day, what would you want to do? Helicopter pilot.
What is your favorite Book, Movie & Song? I am not sure I have a “favorite” any of those. I like all types of movies and books, especially sci-fi, fantasy, & horror. It would be faster to name movies, songs, and books I don’t like! heh.
Apple or Android? Android for the simple reason that their app store is more open than apple’s.
