ORANGE, CA, January 29, 2020 – briteCITY, an Orange County, CA-based managed services provider, is excited to announce the acquisition of ANiMODUS, of Irvine, California. Over the last several years, briteCITY has acquired 4 local managed services providers. This recent acquisition is one part of briteCITY’s current growth strategy.
Chad Gniffke, CEO of briteCITY and Gary Boyle of ANiMODUS, first met late last year. During their meeting, they found many similarities between their companies. Each was also able to see how the differences between them might compliment the other.
Both companies believe in running the business at “The Speed of Trust”, to quote Steven Covey. The two businesses also use thorough documentation. This knowledgebase helps technicians reduce time to resolution.
briteCITY has strong VoIP and cybersecurity services. ANiMODUS has been able to build its hardware offering with reseller agreements. Through this acquisition, briteCITY will leverage ANiMODUS’ reseller agreements for hardware and software. This allows clients to buy equipment directly through briteCITY.
Included in the acquisition are ANiMODUS’ client base and 5 employees. Owner, Gary Boyle will exit the company. Current management teams at briteCITY will remain intact. The merger will improve briteCITY’s ability to provide personal support to clients.
