Employee Spotlight: Ed Fuzell

Ed grew up and went to school in south Orange County. He used to be a bass player in a wedding band that played anywhere from the bay area through southern California….they played over 40 weddings a year!

I asked Ed a few other questions about his life, and this is what he had to say:

How long have you been with briteCITY? 

Almost 2 months

What do you do for briteCITY?

Provide professional IT Support for small business clients

What is your favorite part of your job? 

I like the diversity of the technical problems we face daily – It is never boring here.

What is one thing that makes briteCITY great? 

I appreciate the “team mentality” and camaraderie, Everyone is willing to assist each other, with the end goal being delivering great service

What is the weirdest job you have ever had? 

I really can’t think of anything too weird – I sold Christmas trees during the holiday season for a couple years.

Where is your favorite place to be?

Home relaxing!

When you aren’t working, what do you love to do? 

I like to read (books on history, and also biographies…), also I like to enjoy/discover new coffee shops and new restaurants, and finally, sleep.

What does leadership mean to you?

To me, leadership is raising up others (over time) to become  leaders themselves

What is one thing you couldn’t live without? 

My iPhone;  sad I know.

If you could have a different job for one day, what would you want to do?

What is your favorite Book, Movie & Song? 

  1. Book: Last One I enjoyed: “Broken Music” by Gordon Sumner
  2. Movie: I don’t have a favorite at the moment; I generally prefer comedies & adventure  
  3. Favorite song  – right now I’m liking “Hi Lo” by Chris Price, singer/songwriter out of LA
