Employee Spotlight: Ryan Latimer

If you need a laugh, Ryan Latimer is who you go to at briteCITY. While all of the employees have a good time, yet still are able to focus and get the job done, Ryan is consistently hilarious in the office. briteCITY would just not be the same if Ryan wasn’t around providing comic relief for the entire team.

I asked Ryan a few other questions about his life, and this is what he had to say:

How long have you been with briteCITY? 

Two years

What do you do for briteCITY?

Provide comic relief and occasional IT support

What is your favorite part of your job? 

My coworkers.

What is one thing that makes briteCITY great? 

Working with people that care about each other and care about taking care of our clients.

What is the weirdest job you have ever had? 

I was a children’s golf instructor with zero experience golfing whatsoever.

Where is your favorite place to be?

Outdoors. In the quiet.

When you aren’t working, what do you love to do? 

Hike, Run, Bike, Swim, Rock climb, Read, go to Church, spend time with friends and family, talk about making a movie but never actually do it.

What does leadership mean to you?

Lead from the front. Leading by example is the best form of leadership.

What is one thing you couldn’t live without? 

God

If you could have a different job for one day, what would you want to do?

I can’t pick between a Seal instructor, the guy at the top of the water slide at water parks that says “cross your arms”, and being a waiter at the Rain Forrest café. (I imagine ptsd from thunder and elephant noises is very real)
